Sprint Telco 01

This flash event has been proposed as a substituion of the Delft f2f meeting that we were forced to cancel due to the COVID-19 outbreak

Agenda

  • Review of the past weeks activities
  • Agreement on the agenda for this event and how long it needs to be
  • INSPIRE Hackathon coordination
  • SensorThings API clients and services. What can we implement with the resources we have.
  • Monitoring want we could do to support Health CitSci activities
  • Other activities in the CitSciIE such as Vocabularies, data quality and Authentication/authorization

Time table

My initial proposal is to try to make ir as a combination of grup talks and off-telco time slots to be able to concile the activity with confinement obligations (e.g. kits, cooking, etc) I initially propose to structure this in to slots:
  • Morning at 10CET
  • Afternoon at 15CET
They do not need to be long to avoid "telcon" fatigue. Let's see how we feel about it.

Minutes

SensorThings API clients and services. What can we implement with the resources we have.

  • New revison of Helgoland for next week
  • 52N offers to "host" some data services. They can do a trasformation if it is easyly loadable (e.g. CSV)
  • 52N offers STA support

INSPIRE Hackathon coordination

COVID-19 + AirQuality correlation

  • Federal Emergency Management Agency (FAMA) --> CitSci coordination -> Contacted Anne

  • JRC can help to detect the right project on Air Quality
  • There are 4 projects in Earth Challenge that we could use PM 2.5 data

Earth Challenge 2020
