The roadmap working group at the 2nd Workshop on the use of OGC standards in Meteorology (Nov 2009) agreed on the following actions :

2010 Jan : Write IE proposal (Stephan)

  • Look at Hydrology & Oceans & GALEON IEs
  • Realistic (operational) data for load test

2010 Mar : Start IE (MetOcean? ? DWG)

  • Engage stakeholders on IE ( Inspire/JRC, tool providers...)

2010 May/Jun : EGOWS

  • Live interoperability demonstration

2010 Sep : CCIP

  • Live interoperability demonstration

2010 Nov : 3rd OGC Workshop

  • Present results of IE
  • Ontologies?
